To keep a perspective a life it is good to remember that everything is transitory. Our very existence has a beginning and end, friendships, family too. We are mere mortals passing through this life. The Latin Carpe diem expression written on much of our monetary notes here in the UK expresses that very fact. We have to live today because tomorrow is always in the future.
